Instructions for Posters

Dear ISBE participants with a poster presentation,

Due to the high scientific quality of the abstracts we received, we are expecting exceptionally high quality poster presentations during this meeting. Considering that posters can be a highly informative tool for disseminating ideas to the scientific community, organisers have decided to acknowledge the best posters presentations at the end of the meeting with significant monetary prizes!!

INSTRUCTIONS:

Maximum size of the poster is Width 95 cm x Height 120 cm.
The maximum width of 95 cm MUST NOT be exceeded!
The poster walls are hard PCV board, white in colour.
Doulbe-sided sticky tape or blu-tack will be available on-site for posting the posters.

All posters will be displayed throughout the entire meeting and posters will be easy to access during the breaks due to their close proximity to the lecture rooms.

The designated poster sessions will be organized early in the afternoons of Sunday 11th July, Monday 12th July and Wednesday 14th July. Each poster owner will be allotted one session, during which time the poster owner should be available to present his/her poster.
